Chocolate Ganache Recipe

Chocolate chips      11/4 cup

Cream                     1/2 cup

Honey                     1 tablespoon

Steps to prepare:

1. Pour all the cream in a big pan.

2. Gently boil the cream till it forms bubbles.

3. Take a big bowl and put all the chocolate chips in that.

4. Wait for a few minutes, pour the cream in chocolate chip bowl.

5. Make sure you pour the cream all over the chocolate chip.

6. Take a spoon and stir the mixture gently.

7. As you stir, you can see the chocolate melting.

8. Stir till the mixture turns into dark brown colour.

9. This is an additional step you can add honey (if you want).

10. Adding honey will give the chocolate ganache a shiny texture.

11. Your chocolate ganache is ready, you can use it for decorating cakes, or whatever you like.

Tip - The reason why honey is added is that it gives the mixture a shiny texture. Not adding honey will not have any effect on the recipe.
